How You Will Make An Impact - Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations related to accounts payable.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within the Accounts Payable function.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
