We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team. This role is perfect for someone on a working holiday visa looking to gain experience in a high-volume AP team.

Role Requirements

• AP experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end reporting and audits
