Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing property management and real estate team. The AP Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department in ensuring timely and accurate payment of property-related expenses. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Accounts Payable Duties Include:

+ Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

+ Review invoices for proper approvals, supporting documentation, and compliance with company policies.
