This is an entry-level management position whose key role is to manage complex operational processes and projects, track and report metrics, and to assist service center managers in more complex projects. While working independently, the incumbent relies on their direct manager and service center managers for advice and direction when necessary. At times the position will direct managed service provider staff.

The position utilizes many systems and applications including but not limited to various accounts payable ERPs, x-Suite, SAP, NextGen/Coupa, Apex FirstStrike and Microsoft Office. Additional job duties for this position may include some of the following: Project work including communicating with suppliers, carriers, facilities, ITP Invoice to Pay, procurement and transportation personnel.
