Job Duties:

· Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization

· Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

· Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor bills

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

· Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

· Assist with month-end closing and reporting
