Legrand has an exciting opportunity for anAccounts Payable Analyst to join the Power Bus Way TeaminMississauga, ON. The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing and managing invoices and payments to suppliers.



What Will You Do?

+ Review and verify invoices for accuracy (like tax, currency, name), completeness, and compliance with company policies.

+ Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper authorization and documentation. (3-way matching)

+ Process payments to vendors via various methods, ACH, and wires.

+ Recording of expenses and payment processing for credit cards.

+ Address vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing discrepancies professionally.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approval and processing of invoices.
