We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing organization. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and account reconciliations across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

+ Process invoices accurately and timely across multiple entities and currencies.

+ Review and code invoices and disbursements to the appropriate general ledger accounts, cost centers, projects, and business units.
