Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industries. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally ERP 9 or similar). - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong understanding of job costing, tax compliance, and payroll systems. - Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
