            Roles & Responsibilities  Financial Reporting / Management & Reviews  Preparation of payments for approval 
Manage financial transactions related to rentals, sales and associated services 
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses and inventory 
Keep track of Inventory levels for merchandise and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock 
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies 
Perform daily reconciliation of revenue & collection from rentals and merchandise sales 
Prepare timely and accurate management accounts 
Prepare and maintain full sets of financial reports 
Prepare reports on monthly results/variances for financial review 
Prepare monthly cash flow projection 
Prepare reports in accordance to statutory requirements 
Prepare yearly budgeting and forecasting
