Job Summary

Skud Technical is looking for an Accounts Executive to support the company’s daily accounting and finance operations.

This role involves claims checking, supplier payments, invoice tracking, collections follow-up, payroll support, and proper filing of financial records. It is suitable for someone detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a project-based service company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance administrative tasks
• Prepare, check, and organise payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, claims, and supporting documents
• Review team claims, site allowances, accommodation claims, transport claims, and project-related expenses
• Assist with supplier payments, vendor records, and payment follow-ups
• Issue and track customer invoices, statements of account, and payment status
• Follow up on collections and update management on outstanding payments
