Job Descriptions
  • Prepare and send sales invoices to customers
  • Follow up with internal teams on invoice queries
  • Receive and verify vendor invoices
  • Match invoices with PO and delivery documents
  • Key in invoices into Business Central system
  • File and maintain invoice records
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors
  • Prepare and process vendor payments
  • Ensure payments are made on time
  • Maintain proper accounting records
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience and entry level welcome
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Business Central is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field
