Key Responsibilities 1. Cashier & Finance Duties
  • Manage daily cash inflow and outflow, bank and fund transfers
  • Issue receipts, process payments, and maintain proper cash book records
  • Reconcile daily cash, bank statements, and petty cash
  • Handle staff claims, reimbursement, and verify supporting documents
  • Assist in payroll preparation and payment coordination
  • Safeguard cash, cheques, receipts, company stamps, and financial documents
2. Admin & Office Support
  • Provide general office admin support
  • Manage office supplies, stationery procurement, inventory, and distribution
  • Handle incoming & outgoing couriers, mails, and documents
  • Maintain office cleanliness, meeting rooms, and basic facilities
  • Assist in staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation
