Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and processing of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
  • Monitor AR & AP
  • Preparation of payroll, CPF and income tax
  • Housekeeping of employee information
  • Data entry for Government agencies and Accounting reporting purposes.
  • Tabulate GST submissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O levels or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years’ of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates from China.
