Own the month-end processUndertake monthly variance analysis with Property and Facilities ManagersPrepare IFRS adjustmentsSupport treasury reporting and cashflow forecastingPrepare and file GST returns and assist with broader IRD complianceSupport with the audit processDrive process improvement and find efficienciesLead, mentor and develop a team of two About You:
Fully qualified, or working towards (CA, CPA etc.)Multiple years relevant accounting experience in a similar roleProperty or real estate sector experience preferred, but not essentialPeople leadership experience, or ready to take that next stepStrong communicator, comfortable engaging across finance and non-finance stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
