Job Description

Responsibilities

• Review and verify tax invoices prior to processing
• Record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system (Accpac/Sage 300)
• Prepare input VAT reports and perform other accounting duties as assigned by management
• Maintain and control fixed asset records
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Coordinate and communicate with external parties, including vendors

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Solid knowledge of Thai accounting standards, VAT, and withholding tax (WHT)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
