Assistance & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and recording of basic accounting entries
• Encode and update accounting data in accounting systems or Excel files
• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and organize vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other accounting documents
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring
