Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and financial support functions for the branch
• Record, process, and maintain accurate financial transactions and documentation
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, disbursements, and payroll processing
• Monitor and track expenses, inventory, and operational costs
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records and reports
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes and documentation handling
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting requirements
• Maintain organized filing and tracking of financial and administrative documents
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
