• Maintain and update inventory records in the accounting system
• Monitor stock movements (receiving, issuance, transfers, adjustments)
• Assist in preparation of inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Prepare inventory journal entries and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on stock-related concerns
