We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Oakland, California. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general accounting functions. Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate accounts payable operations.

• Manage weekly check runs, credit card transactions, and employee expense reimbursements while maintaining proper documentation.

• Generate and distribute customer invoices, apply payments, and reconcile accounts receivable activity to maintain accurate records.
