Responsibilities
- Prepare payment vouchers and verify supporting documents.
- Process disbursements and maintain organized records of transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain general and subsidiary ledger accounts.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure proper documentation of entries.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax computations, filing, and payment.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Assist in day‑to‑day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
