ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - (Finance Department)
Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is in need of an Accounting Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents and records.
- Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents.
- Handle revolving fund transactions and reimbursements.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments regarding billing and payments.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
