Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a finance team on a Contract basis in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role will contribute to core accounting operations by supporting general ledger activity, payables, receivables, and financial record accuracy. The position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working across multiple accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support daily accounting operations by preparing journal entries, completing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing tasks.
• Manage invoice processing by reviewing documentation for accuracy and helping coordinate timely vendor payments.
