Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to essential financial functions, including invoice matching, data entry, and accounts payable/receivable processing.


Responsibilities
+ Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable transactions.

+ Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.

+ Generate financial reports and assist with audits by providing requested documentation.

+ Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

+ Enter and update financial data in accounting software systems with a high level of accuracy.

+ Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

+ Monitor overdue accounts and perform collection activities as needed.
