- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- A graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Human Resources, or any related course.
- With at least1 year of relevant work experience in payroll or accounting.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes including:
- Payroll preparation and balancing
- Payroll tax computation and reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
