The Opportunity

This is not a routine accounting leadership role. As Department Head – Accounting , you will lead the organization’s financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and disbursement functions—ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial information for executive and external stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, lead audit engagements, and drive continuous improvements across financial systems and processes. From financial statement consolidation to tax compliance and internal controls, you will play a critical role in safeguarding financial transparency and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do

Lead Accounting Operations
