With 8 offices across the Midwest, a rapidly expanding team, and an unwavering commitment to a collaborative, human-centric culture, we are seeking an Accounting Manager to run our firm-wide accounting operations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Kansas City, this is not a siloed, heads-down bookkeeping role. You will have real ownership from day one, running financial operations, leading a close-knit team, and making decisions that directly impact the firm’s bottom line.
