Qualification

  • Candidates must at least 4yrs. College Graduate in BS Administration major in Accountancy or BS Accountancy
  • 2 yrs. experience as accounting assistant in a construction business or any related field.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare/Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  2. Prepare and do bank deposits.
  3. Prepare Petty cash Vouchers, Check Vouchers, Purchase Order, Billing Statement, Incoming Vouchers and others.
  4. Check and monitor regular and project basis employees daily time record; Encode DTR to payroll attendance.
  5. Assisting with communication and processing of workers compensation claims.
  6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results...
