Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations and help ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

+ Reconcile bank statements and financial records

+ Assist with invoice entry, payment posting, and data verification

+ Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documentation

+ Prepare and update spreadsheets and financial reports

+ Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations

+ Respond to vendor and internal inquiries related to accounting transactions

+ Assist with general administrative duties within the accounting department


Requirements

+ 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience preferred

+ Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations<...
