Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will assist the CFO with a variety of financial tasks, including preparing reports, managing payroll, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.


Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.

• Process biweekly payroll and generate related reports for internal use.

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes to ensure timely reporting.

• Support internal and external audit efforts by preparing necessary documentation and records.

• Coordinate occasional travel bookings and file paperwork as required.


This role offers quite a bit of WFH. To be considered candidates must live in Colorado.
Requirements
• Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
