Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow into a leadership role. The Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, customer service, and general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

+ Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.

+ Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments.

+ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

+ Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

+ Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.

+ Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries.
