I’m currently partnering with a growing, multi-entity client in the environmental and agriculture space that’s looking to add a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Coordinator to their team. This is a cornerstone role supporting day-to-day accounting and operational functions across several business units.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Manage high-volume AP (approx. $1M/month across divisions)
• Process invoices, complete monthly payment runs, and handle rush payments
• Perform 2-way matching and maintain vendor records
• Set up new vendors and ensure proper approvals

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Create and issue invoices (approx. $200–250K weekly)
