Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions (receipts, disbursement, journal entries)
  • Prepare and organized accounting documents (Invoice, Delivery receipts, Purchase Orders)
  • Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist in billing preparation for projects and follow up on collections
  • Reconcile inventory records (glass, aluminum, and hardware materials)
  • Assist in payroll preparations and expenses monitoring
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Project Teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • At least 1- years of relevant experience (experience in construction or fabrication is an advantage)
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
