• Certified Public Accountant, with at least 5 years of leadership role. Knowledgeable in vessel accounting is a plus. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus
• CPA certification is a plus
