We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Reporting Manager to join our team in Emeryville, California. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of financial operations, and a proven ability to manage accounting processes efficiently. You will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.


Responsibilities:

+ Lead monthly financial close for individual entities and consolidated GAAP and statutory reporting

+ Serve as subject-matter expert for SEC and statutory filings, including proxy and quarterly/annual reports

+ Act as main contact for external auditors and support timely quarterly and annual audits

+ Manage accounting for fixed income investments, including valuations, reconciliations, and reporting
