We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team at Nextyn. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, payments, invoicing, compliance coordination, and supporting financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
Handle client invoicing and payment follow-ups
Assist in payroll coordination and salary processing
Support GST, TDS, PF, and other compliance-related activities
Maintain financial records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and approvals
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
Assist during audits and month-end closing activities
Work closely with the Finance Manager on operational finance tasks

Requirements
