Job Description

• Monitoring of Inventory (Sap and Physical Inventory)
• Perform Inventory Count
• Monitoring and analyzing of revenue accounts
• Prebilling and finalized GP
• Clearing of customer's account
• Booking of accruals and other income accounts
• Provide necessary adjusting entries for income statement account
• Preparation of monthly commission for operations
• Profit and loss report
• BIR compliance report (ORB and VAT)
• Provide external audit samples
• Filling and scanning of necessary documents

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
• At least 1 year experience
• Must be familiar with vehicle servicing
• Knowledge on accounting software, MS office
