**Accounting & Administrative Coordinator | Venezuela | Hybrid**
We are looking for an Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to manage end-to-end financial operations and administrative support in Venezuela.
This is a key local role with high visibility, responsible for ensuring compliance, handling daily accounting processes, and supporting multiple business areas.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Manage Accounts Payable processes (POs, invoices, payments, accounting entries)
+ Support tax compliance and financial reporting (Venezuela)
+ Coordinate with banks, vendors and payroll providers
+ Provide administrative support across teams
+ Ensure accuracy and control in financial operations
**We’re looking for:**
+ Public Accountant with 3–5 years of experience
+ Strong knowledge of Venezuelan taxes (mandatory)
+ Experience in accounting operations + Excel
+ SAP knowledge is a plus
