Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, receipts)
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process invoices, billing, and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist during audits and provide required documentation
