Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Post daily purchase, sales, and stock transactions
• Verify GRNs, supplier invoices, and delivery notes
• Reconcile stock levels with physical inventory
• Coordinate with the storekeeper for stock accuracy
• Monitor branch-level cash handling and petty cash
• Assist in month-end stock and financial closing
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the Accounts Department
• Support internal/external audits with required documents
• Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and finance
