Job Description:
We are seeking an Accountant/Senior Accountant with strong experience in real estate and treasury functions. The role will oversee day-to-day liquidity management treasury operations and financial reviews while supporting project feasibility and budgeting activities.

• Manage daily cash flows bank balances and short-term fixed deposit investments.
• Review cash flow reports in coordination with relevant teams.
• Execute issuance of Letters of Guarantee (Bid/Performance) and Letters of Credit.
