Key Responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventory, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany balances Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GST/VAT, withholding tax) Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external stakeholders Support internal controls, audits, and continuous improvement of accounting processes Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and supply chain to resolve accounting matters
