            Accountant (F&B) Work from Home  Responsibilities  Review data entries performed by Account Assistant and accountant to ensure accuracy and completeness 
Collaborate with team members to verify daily invoices and documents are processed correctly and on time 
Maintain organized and current filing systems for all accounting documents 
Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) against invoices entered into Xero accounting system 
Review and process payments to suppliers based on verified statement of account 
Review payroll calculations including overtime and incentive payments for accuracy 
Oversee work permit applications and ensure timely filing of IR21 and IR8A tax forms 
Finalised monthly management account on time 
Prepare tax computations and submit income tax filings in compliance with regulations 
Compile and submit XBRL filings and prepare unaudited financial statements
