This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, producing timely reporting, and supporting sound business decisions through thoughtful analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong month-end close expertise, a solid grasp of general ledger accounting, and hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities by maintaining accurate general ledger records and ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded.

• Lead the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reviewing account activity, and meeting reporting deadlines.
