Informs, notifies and answers client inquiries through email, telephone, and other social media platforms used in communication regarding the patient’s medical status.
Sends medical reports for client/company approval and additional requirements in case of patient’s pending medical examination.
Facilitates endorsed rush patients by checking and monitoring endorsements through referral forms, email, and phone calls, and follow-up patient results with various units for PEME status.
Coordinates with the accredited health card (HMO) agency by contacting the person in-charge to secure approval.
Job Qualifications
College undergraduate or graduate, or holder of a vocational or associate degree.
Experience is an advantage but not required.
Very good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
