The Accounts Officer is responsible for supporting the finance department in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting standards, and administering day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities - Process general expenses and other HQ costs.
- Take charge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the HQ.
- Prepare documents for bank remittances to local and overseas recipients.
- Process petty cash, GIRO or bank payments.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for rentals, petrol, and utilities.
- Assist with GST submission, CPF, and other regulatory/statutory filings.
- Liaise with Group companies regarding related‑party transactions.
