About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager with a solid background in the training industry, to be be responsible for managing key corporate accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring strong client relationships across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate and government clients, focusing on business growth and client satisfaction.
- Keep the sales pipeline updated in the CRM, providing regular reports on new and existing opportunities, lead status, and revenue forecasts.
- Be proactive in outbound sales activities — including client visits, virtual meetings (Zoom), phone calls, and marketing campaigns — to expand the client base.
