Client Relationship & Campaign Leadership
- Lead routine client syncs and presentations with Brand Managers and Directors, serving as the frontline advocate for the agency’s creative concepts, creator selections, and campaign roadmaps.
- Confidently defend the agency’s strategic choices using data, platform benchmarks, and performance metrics, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the client.
- Serve as the primary partner for client contact, managing daily expectations, campaign timelines, and sign-offs.
Streamlined Account Communication
- Act as the single source of truth for the client, centralizing all project updates, timelines, and deliverables to eliminate siloed or conflicting communication from the Strategy or Influencer teams.
