The primary goal of the Account Management Specialist is to achieve the company sales target through the successful execution of revenue-generating activities. This involves managing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer services, and maintaining a strong client database.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct active account analysis and development to expand certain clients.
• Maintain an updated and sufficient database of current and prospective clients.
• Ensure that client queries for in-house accounts are promptly and accurately addressed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to accounts management.
• Ensure that projects are properly managed both onsite and offsite.
• Assist trainers in conducting trainings or consult services for clients as needed.
