As an Account Manager you'll be the face of our brand, forging strong relationships with our clients which include tourism operators, hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, ski fields, schools and pretty much all businesses that need food across the wider Southern Lakes area. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our clients are not only satisfied but excited about our products and services. You'll be the go-to person for all their needs, from inspiring new menu ideas to resolving issues, all while maintaining our company's fun-loving vibe. You'll need to be highly organised, resilient and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills along with initiative and the ability to work independently.
