Staff Force is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and expand relationships with existing accounts. This role is 75% field-based, focused on selling staffing services to industrial, manufacturing, and office-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and canvassing.
- Set appointments and meet key decision-makers.
- Present staffing solutions and close new business.
- Maintain and grow house accounts.
- Follow up diligently with prospects and clients.
- Represent Staff Force professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience (preferably in professional services).
